What is My Beauty Treasures?

We are a beauty box and gift store that sells cosmetics and make up tools. 

We have many categories of boxes. Our signature range are the cherish, essential and luxury boxes. The special occasion boxes are our birthday, bridal and hen party boxes and our seasonal boxes are our Christmas,Valentine’s Day and Mother’s day boxes.

 

Do I need to register or sign up?

    This is entirely up to you but you are encouraged to sign up in order to receive our E news where you will be the first to know the latest news about our promotions, discounts and our new beauty boxes.

     

    How do I register?

    When you are on our website, click on CREATE ACCOUNT where you will need to fill in your details.

     

    What currency is used for payment on My Beauty Treasures?

    All sales transactions are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

     

    What mode of payments are accepted on our website?

    Paypal , all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard) and (MBT Birthday and Gift vouchers**please refer to website terms and conditions).

     

    When making payment online are my details secure?

    We take your security very seriously. Our E commerce platform which is Shopify has  its shopping cart hosted on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server. In other words, your data is secure.

     

    How to make a purchase on the website?

    You need to login to mybeautytreasures.com.au. Browse the catalogue, pick your items, add to cart, add quantity on the cart page, plus or minus to change your order or quantity and then update and view cart before checking out. You will then be guided to the payment page where you will choose your payment options. Please add a discount code if applicable before finalising payment. 

     

    How long does it take to confirm my order?

    Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.

     

    Can I cancel my order? Can I return and get a refund?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or process refunds due to a change of mind. Should you wish to return your order due to faulty or incorrect items, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. **Please refer to our website terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

     

    How do I redeem Birthday and Gift vouchers?

    The Voucher must be redeemed as full or part payment of products from our website. Vouchers are not redeemable with any other offers or discounts and not exchangeable for cash and will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen. Vouchers are only good for a single transaction. Any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Vouchers are not valid after the expiry date and are considered null and void without the issue date and authorised signature. All vouchers are dated and expire 6 months from the date of issue. When products purchased online with our vouchers are returned, monies owing will be refunded by vouchers of the same value.Mybeautytreasures.com.au reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

     

    How do I apply a discount?

    Discounts will only apply to the product value and will not include delivery charges. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with birthday vouchers, gift vouchers, other discounts and offers. Discounts are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Discounts are not valid after the expiry date. Discounts are only valid for the advertised promotion unless stated otherwise. A valid discount code must be quoted and applied prior to order payment and finalisation.

     

    Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

    No, we only deliver from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

     

    Who delivers my beauty box and how long does it take to receive my beauty box?

    Your beauty box will be delivered by our contracted reputable courier company. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option and location. **Please refer to our shipping terms and condition and delivery times schedule.

     

    How do I track my delivery ?

    Mybeautytreasures.com.au keeps our customers up to date on the location of their parcel automatically, if you include your email address. All orders will be given a tracking number and customers will be able to view detailed tracking updates.

     

    Can I receive any delivery if I am not home?

    Yes, if you have marked Authority to Leave or ATL before completing delivery information on our website. Mybeautytreasures.com.au holds no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address when the parcel is marked “ATL”.

     

    What happens if nobody is at home during the delivery time?

    If there is no-one in attendance to authorise receipt of the parcel, the courier company will leave a card and return the parcel to the depot where it will be held until instructions to re-deliver are provided.  If no instructions are provided within 5 days the parcel will be returned to My Beauty Treasures.

     

    What if my box is delivered to an incorrectly provided address?

    Cancellations and changes to the delivery information cannot be made on the day of collection even if the parcel has not been dispatched. If a change to the delivery address arises, a new delivery charge will apply. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to communicate the new address to the delivery agent.  

     

    Does My beauty treasures sell or ship internationally?

    No, we only sell and ship Australia wide at the present time.
